Opportunity
- Business Transformation Partners – Engaging with partners to drive change initiatives and unlock business value for clients.
- Technology/Software Partners – Collaborating with partners to pre-integrate their solutions with our platform.
- Consultancy Partners – Managing subcontracted consultants for seamless delivery and implementation.
Reporting directly to the CCO, you will play a strategic leadership role in building a clear partner strategy, creating robust onboarding and offboarding frameworks, and driving co-selling initiatives with a focus on a joint go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all partner segments.
Your responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive strategy tailored to each partner segment:
o Technology/Software Partners: Focus on pre-integration opportunities to enhance platform functionality.
o Technical Consultancy Partners: Establish processes to efficiently subcontract delivery support.
- Prioritize potential partnerships based on strategic alignment and business value.
- Design and implement a standardized onboarding and offboarding process for all partner segments.
- Define engagement models that ensure clarity and efficiency across the ecosystem.
- Create and operationalize a co-selling concept, including teaming agreements to streamline collaboration.
- Identify leads and opportunities for joint value creation and revenue growth across partner segments.
- Develop a tailored GTM strategy with each partner segment, including marketing, sales, and operational alignment.
- Oversee the execution of joint campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related activities within each segment.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships to drive trust, collaboration, and innovation.
- Define and track KPIs for each partner segment, including partner contributions to revenue growth.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership, with insights for continuous improvement.
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, with a proven track record of building and managing diverse partner ecosystems.
- Extensive experience working with technology/software partners, consultancy firms, or business transformation providers.
- Background in enterprise sales or solution selling, with an understanding of co-selling models.
- Familiarity with joint GTM campaigns, including sales enablement, marketing strategies, and operational alignment.
- Insights into Insurtech market trends and competitive landscapes related to technology and consulting partnerships.
- Ability to design and execute strategies for building and scaling partnerships across diverse segments, aligning them with business goals.
- Proficiency in negotiating win-win agreements, resolving conflicts, and managing relationships with diverse partner organizations.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Focused on delivering measurable outcomes, with a relentless drive to achieve business growth and partner success.
