People and Culture Associate

Opportunity
Your responsibilities
- Employee experience & engagement: Support and execute the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive experience across all locations. Coordinate EX surveys, analyze results, and follow up on action plans together with the team.
- Culture & internal communications: Contribute to culture-building initiatives, internal events, and communications that reinforce Fadata's values and foster a sense of belonging across our international teams.
- Learning & development: Support the coordination and execution of the Fadata Academy and other learning programs. Track training budgets, liaise with internal trainers and external providers, and help employees access the right development opportunities.
- Performance & career development: Assist in the administration and follow-up of performance management cycles and OKR processes. Support managers and employees in navigating career development tools and resources.
- Employer branding: Participate in employer branding initiatives, helping to craft and share content that reflects Fadata's culture and employee value proposition across different channels.
- Compensation & benefits support: Provide operational support for compensation and benefits administration across regions, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to benchmarking exercises and market analysis.
- HR systems & data: Maintain accurate employee data and leverage HR systems to support reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Bring a tech-curious mindset to identify new tools, automation opportunities, and digital solutions that can enhance the employee experience and day-to-day people operations
- Projects & continuous improvement: Actively participate in cross-functional P&C projects such as process automation, smart working initiatives, ESG programs, and employee handbook updates.
What you bring to the table
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR operations, or People & Culture role
- Previous experience in an international or multi-country environment is strongly preferred
- Understanding of people practices across different stages of the employee lifecycle
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools; comfort working with data and HR reporting
- Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust easily and work well with diverse teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Proactive and collaborative mindset — you take initiative and enjoy working as part of a team
- Business-level English is required, as it is our company language
- Tech-curious and eager to explore new tools, AI-powered solutions, and digital trends that can improve how HR operates and how employees experience work
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
