Opportunity
The Fadata Global Account Management Director is having a global-minded mindset to expand existing relationships with Fadata insurance companies. The role is responsible for managing strategic partnerships that span multiple geographies and business lines (e.g., P&C, Life and health), acting as a trusted advisor and value creator at the executive level. The role combines deep industry expertise with commercial strategy and strong cross-cultural communication skills to drive account growth, solution adoption, and executive alignment.

The role is to establish long-term, profitable partnerships with clients through value realization based through our flagship INSIS core insurance platform and associated services.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Client Partnership
  • Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships within existing Fadata clients.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and modernization of legacy systems.
  • Drive alignment between client business objectives and the value proposition of our products and services.
Account Planning & Growth Strategy
  • Build and expand the account management concept in Fadata
  • Coach and manage the account management team plans and execution
  • Own and execute multi-year account plans with the account management team focused on client success, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives within accounts, including upgrade and expansion initiatives.
  • Influence customer vision and decision-making through insights, thought leadership, and industry knowledge.
  • Drive the pipeline development and close new business according to X/Up sales budget
Commercial & Contract Leadership
  • Lead complex negotiations including upgrade and expansion license and services contracts.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and delivery teams to shape mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
  • Maintain accountability for account profitability and forecasting.
Internal Alignment & Leadership
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for client priorities in product roadmaps and delivery execution.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide executive oversight on solution delivery, ensuring strategic goals are being met.
