Opportunity
Your responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify business requirements and translate them into workable INSIS solutions.
- Gather information regarding current and future business processes and desired functional outcomes.
- Provide guidance on process optimization related to product functionality.
- Create clear documentation of business requirements and obtain client sign-off, including process maps and data models when required.
- Ensure correct interpretation of business requirements into functional specifications and review developed solutions for customer acceptance.
- Configure the INSIS application to align with client requirements.
- Actively contribute as part of one or more customer project teams to the functional delivery of project plans.
- Provide input to project estimates after analyzing development approach and complexity.
- Participate in internal quality reviews and contribute to the design, execution, and review of system test cases.
- Collaborate in pre-sales activities, assisting with estimation and scoping of pipeline projects.
- Provide input into the transition of projects into Support.
- Support sales cycles, product demonstrations, and training activities when required.
What you bring to the table
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or consultancy within an insurance software environment.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and participate in business
- discussions.
- Technical awareness with the ability to understand and solve average to complex software problems.
- Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, and Java is a strong advantage.
- Ability to configure INSIS attributes including product screens, database artifacts, and business rules.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate business requirements into suitable solutions.
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage project risks effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple geographies.
- Fluent English language skills.
- IT project experience.
- Insurance domain knowledge (Life, UL, Pension) is considered a strong advantage.
