Opportunity
We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to our team, who will joyfully handle day-to-day office tasks
Your responsibilities
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers; 
  • Single point of entry for invoices in the company; 
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports; 
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external providers; 
  • Purchase and refill with office supplies, drinks and products for all office kitchen areas; 
  • Issuing documents for the company from different institutions; 
  • Organization of documents legalization; 
  • Activities related to notarial certification and documents translation; 
  • Shipping and tracking of consignments with shipment providers; 
  • Contact person with the mobile service provider; 
  • Organizing the repair of mobile devices; 
  • Responsible for the maintenance of company cars; 
  • Performs inquiries on managers’ needs; 
  • Contact person in the absence of the Office manager; 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies; 
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues; 
  • Assists in the organization of office events. 
What you bring to the table
  • Economic degree in accounting or similar will be considered as advantage 
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
