Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have robust critical thinking and analytical skills, with a strong focus on systems and processes related to the FP&A function. This role will involve analyzing financial data, improving processes, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities and tasks will be, but are not limited to:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial metrics, providing actionable insights on actual performance, forecasts, and budget to guide strategic decisions. Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of various business scenarios and strategies. Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasting processes. Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • CRM System Optimization: Collaborate with IT and client-fronting teams to enhance the functionality and reporting capabilities of CRM system. Monitor data integrity within the CRM, ensuring accurate metrics and leveraging CRM data to drive financial insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy within CRM and other systems related to FP&A. Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring our financial insights drive strategic decisions.

What you bring to the table
To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a financial analyst, controller or other Finance-related roles.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, capable of turning data into actionable business insights.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Ability to develop and document processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Power BI (advanced skills preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
