Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant who will be responsible for collecting, understanding, and translating customer business requirements into working INSIS software solutions.
Your responsibilities
  • Assessing Current Digital Maturity: Analyzing the organization’s existing technology, processes, and digital capabilities to understand their readiness for transformation and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Requirements gathering: Work with the business and IT domains of the client to capture requirements, understand the business needs behind them, performing fit-gap analyses against INSIS, guiding the client towards maximizing the use of OOTB capabilities of our platform.
  • Developing Digital Transformation Strategy: Crafting a comprehensive roadmap that aligns digital initiatives with business goals. This includes defining objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying areas for automation or redesign to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve speed.
  • Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Ensuring organizational buy-in by working with stakeholders, communicating the benefits of digital initiatives, and addressing resistance. This includes guiding employees through the changes and encouraging a digital-first mindset.
  • Data Strategy and Analytics: Helping the organization leverage data as a strategic asset, including setting up data governance frameworks, analytics capabilities, and insights-driven decision-making processes.
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Enhancing customer interactions through digital channels, such as mobile apps, e-commerce, and personalized digital marketing, to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance: Ensuring that digital transformation initiatives meet security and regulatory standards, protecting the organization from digital risks.
  • Agile and Innovation Coaching: Supporting a shift to agile methodologies, fostering innovation, and enabling the organization to adapt quickly to changing market conditions or customer needs.
  • Measuring and Reporting Results: Tracking and reporting on the progress and impact of digital initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize the transformation efforts and demonstrate ROI.
  • Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Encouraging a mindset of adaptability, innovation, and continuous learning, ensuring the organization can keep pace with technological advancements over time.
What you bring to the table
  • Experience in insurance Core Processes and Products.
  • Experience in IT and digital transformations.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, both at the operational level and at the senior level.
  • Consulting background is preferred.
  • Experience in Business analysis/consultancy.
  • Demonstrable customer-facing skills, ability to communicate clearly, present logically and participate in business discussions. 
  • A good understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance.
  • Business planning and organizational skills; ability to work on own initiative but with the judgement to know when to raise issues/concerns with management.
  • Fluent English language skills.
