Opportunity

We are looking for an IT System Administrator who will be involved in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer software systems and hardware. The role will be responsible for monitoring internal IT environments, advising, managing and improvement various systems across the company.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitors the internal IT environments, software systems and services, as well as customer ones, and notifies the affected departments in case of problems.
  • Active Directory Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management, Group Policy administration.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM): maintain/support IAM solutions within Active Directory, such as identity lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privilege elevation/delegation.
  • Timely researching, resolving, responding, and troubleshooting user issues/problems/questions: Provide efficient technical support to end-users.
  • Promptly research, resolve, respond to, and troubleshoot user issues, problems, and questions, ensuring efficient technical support for service desk agents.
  • Maintains and administers computer networks and the related computer environment, including computer hardware, software systems, software applications and all types of configurations.
  • Work with computer hardware and software vendors.
  • Maintenance of technical documentation: Keep accurate records of system configurations and changes.
  • Consultancy about setting up and maintaining workstations.
  • Consultancy about installing and configuring peripheral devices.
  • Following security and compliance best practices: Implement security measures and adhere to industry standard.Work collaboratively with the Information Security team as necessary to ensure strong security measures and adherence to protocols, in alignment with organizational policies.

What you bring to the table

  • Education: Minimum required: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree, relevant to the title held
  • Professional experience: 2+ year of work experience under the major
  • Knowledge of standard software and peripheral devices.
  • Practical knowledge of hardware, operating systems, software systems, cloud-based solutions, computer networks and communications.
  • Mastering the standard office applied programs.
  • Skills for designing software and hardware systems.
  • Teamwork capability.
  • Skills for rapidly mastering new technologies.
  • Desire for professional improvement.
  • Precision, accuracy, responsibility.
  • Very good communicative skills.
